Accessibility Statement
How this website is kept usable for everyone and how to report a barrier.

buzzynex aims to make buzzynex.com usable on any device, in any browser and with any assistive technology. This statement sets out what has been done, which shortcomings remain and how to report a problem.
Our approach
At buzzynex, accessible pages are part of everyday maintenance rather than an extra. Each new page and each change of design is checked so that text stays readable, the menu can be used without a mouse and no information depends on a single visual cue. The statement applies to buzzynex.com only.
What we do
Pages are built with semantic HTML: headings follow a single order, lists are marked as lists and links say where they lead. Navigation and content form separate regions, the language of each page is declared, and informative images have alternative texts while decorative ones are marked as such.
Body text, links and buttons reach a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1. Because sizes are relative, zooming in or increasing the font size in the browser does not break the layout, and every part of the site can be operated with a keyboard.
Standards
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. The site is currently partially conformant: most content meets the guidelines, while the points listed below do not yet. Where a requirement cannot be met right away, we provide the information in another way.
Limitations we know of
Several illustrations are generic, and their alternative text names the subject without describing it in detail.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter a barrier on this website, or cannot obtain information that you require, please inform us by email at hello@buzzynex.com or by telephone on 01463 495 259. It helps if you identify the page, describe what happened and mention the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five working days.
Information in another form
This website is not the only way of obtaining information from buzzynex. You can telephone us on 01463 495 259 during normal business hours, write to hello@buzzynex.com or send a letter to 14 Harbour Road Business Court, Inverness IV1 1SF. Where a page is not accessible to you, we will read the information out by telephone or supply it in plain text form.
Preparation of this statement
The present statement is dated 25 October 2026 and rests on a self-assessment carried out by buzzynex, not on an external audit. We examined the navigation, the contact form and the main page types ourselves, using a keyboard, browser zoom and a screen reader. We review the text once a year and whenever the website is rebuilt.
